INTRODUCTION Recently, the Indian Parliament passed the three New Criminal Laws: The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Bharaitya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) replacing the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 respectively.
